Safe at Home

The expression on this puppy’s face pretty much sums up the way many of us are feeling during the lock down. While a lot of people are talking about being stuck at home, I try to look at it as being safe at home. Throughout my life, art has been therapy for me during tough times. It is no different now. I am used to painting for hours with no company except music, so I may be adapting to the new normal better than most. Do I make the most of this indoor time to learn more and do more with my art? I’m trying. Warmer days are now calling and I’m happy to answer with a daily walk and time spent on outdoor chores. Just have to remember to bring my sketchbook with me! Stay safe everyone.
